Our 'Lively Living Workshop' will be held at Mantra on Salt Beach, Kingscliff NSW, on the 13th March 2020 from
​12.30pm - 4.30pm NSW time.

• 1.5 hr lifestyle and motivational seminar with Gail
• Afternoon tea
• 1 hr practical self guidance and goal setting session with Aimee
• 1 hr of guaranteed FUN wrapped in a small group tennis lesson with Tom. ​Suitable for ALL ​ages, fitness levels and experience. No equipment required.​​

Introducing Our Resident Tennis Pro, Tom Brownhill

Tom Brownhill is a world class coach and former director of tennis at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch, USA and co-founder of Cliff Drysdale Tennis, currently the 2nd largest tennis management company in the USA. 

Tom has extensive experience coaching at the highest levels of tennis through to the absolute beginner who has never held a racquet. Tom's positive attitude, good humour, and sense of fun will make your 1hr lesson the highlight of your day while introducing you to the best lifestyle sport there is - Tennis!
